In line with industry standards and Traffic Commissioner recommendations, refresher training should be completed at least every 5 years. This course will keep you up-to-date with any legislative changes, especially around drivers’ hours, compliance, and operator licence requirements, while reinforcing key knowledge from the full Transport Managers CPC course.
We offer both a fully online option for a flexible and cost-effective learning experience, and a face-to-face format delivered via Zoom, providing trainer-led instruction over a 2-day period. This course is ideal for road haulage managers looking to maintain a healthy Operator Compliance Risk Score (OCRS) and ensure ongoing industry best practices.
