Returns and Cancellation Policy

At Dynamic Consultancy Solutions, we aim to deliver excellent service and clear policies for all our customers.
Please read our returns and cancellations information carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds on digital products except in the following cases:

·       If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.

·       If your digital product fails to upload or deliver due to an error on our part, a full refund will be issued.

Please note:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect product selection, or compatibility issues.
If you are unsure about a product, please contact us before purchasing.

In-Person Courses

We understand that sometimes plans change. Our course cancellation terms are:

·       28 days or more before the course: 100% refund.

·       14–27 days before the course: 75% refund.

·       7–13 days before the course: No refund, but we may offer a transfer to a future course (subject to availability).

·       Less than 7 days before the course: No refund or transfer available.

Cancellations must be made in writing to:

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days.
