2. Definitions
“Customer” means any person, company, or organisation purchasing services, products, or training courses from DCS.
“Contract” means the agreement between DCS and the Customer incorporating these Terms.
“Services” means consultancy, training courses, digital products, or any other deliverables provided by DCS.
“Website” means https://www.dynamicconsultancysolutions.com.
3. Terms of Website Use
3.1 Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis.
3.2 We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Website without notice.
3.3 You must not misuse the Website, introduce viruses, attempt unauthorised access, or attack the Website.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this Website are owned by DCS or its licensors.

5. Provision of Services
5.1 All Services provided by DCS are subject to availability and acceptance of an order.
5.2 Any descriptions, illustrations, or advertising material are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the services and shall not form part of the Contract.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1 All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
6.2 Payment terms are set out in individual contracts or invoices.
6.3 DCS reserves the right to refuse to commence services until full payment has been received.
6.4 Time for payment shall be of the essence.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Digital Products
No refunds shall be given once a digital product has been delivered unless:
The product was not delivered due to an error on our part.
DCS cancels the order.
Refunds shall not be given for customer change of mind, incorrect selection, or compatibility issues.
7.2 Training Courses
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@dynamicconsultancysolutions.com.
Refunds are provided as follows:

7.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
8. Customer Obligations
8.1 The Customer shall:
Ensure that all information provided to DCS is accurate and complete.
Cooperate with DCS in all matters relating to the Services.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude DCS’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9.2 Subject to clause 9.1, DCS shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits.
Loss of business.
Loss of anticipated savings.
Indirect or consequential loss.
9.3 Our total liability to you in respect of all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DCS in connection with the Services.
10. Force Majeure
DCS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control including, but not limited to, strikes, acts of God, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
11. Data Protection
11.1 We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11.2 By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
12. Termination
12.1 Either party may terminate the Contract with immediate effect if the other party commits a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice.
12.2 DCS may suspend or terminate the provision of Services if the Customer fails to make payment by the due date.
13. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Revised Terms will be posted on the Website and will apply from the date of publication.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
